A board of adjudication is established by the Chief Adjudicator to hear individual complaints referred to the Panel. The board members are drawn from the Panel of adjudicators.<\/p><p>If a board hearing a complaint determines on a balance of probabilities that the complaint is proven, it can order the respondent to stop the discrimination, pay damages for losses caused by the discrimination and pay compensation for &#8220;injury to dignity, feelings or self-respect&#8221;.
